With your Purple Sponsorship, you will receive entries for your immediate family or 2 entries to the 5K or 10K, plus 4 tickets to dinner and 2 adult T-shirts and 2 children's T-shirts.  Please fill out the following information to make sure you get registered for each event.
If you have not been a logo sponsor before or have a new logo from last year, please email your logo to us before January 25, 2019 to make sure it appears on the digital screen in the SMS gymnasium.  Any logos not received by that date will be replaced with a name listing.
