2022 Course & Event Improvements

Please take a look at the training schedules to the left if you haven't ever participated in a 5K before.  They are a helpful guide to get you started on your way to a healthier, new you!  Also, take note of the maps so you can be familiar with the route on race day.
 
- For 2022, we will continue to have volunteers at every turn of the route to make sure that our participants stay safe and on course.  Signs will also be posted as they were last year along the course to help the participants get to the finish line.  Volunteers will have orange vests and flags to help direct traffic and guide participants on the course.

- The age categories for winners in the 5K have been extended to include ages  0-9, 10-14, 15-19 to give the younger participants a better chance at winning in their age category.
