Remember to hug your children, hug your family and thank God for every blessing you have this Christmas Season.  Be thankful for your teachers and staff at SMS, thank them for caring for our children.  Have a very Merry Christmas! 

Thanks to Mrs. Gill, Mrs. Donberger, & Mr. Hudson for directing a wonderful Christmas Program!  Thank you to all of the students for their hard work - it paid off, the program was so nice.  From the band to the Snowman Jump to the 8th Grade Bells and the 1st graders signing to Silent Night, it gave each person that attended a great memory.  Have a very Merry Christmas and thank the Lord for your blessings.  Be giving this Christmas Season and share the story of Christmas with all you know!. 

Remember to sign up for the Mardi Gras Events, the early bird deadline is tomorrow!   It's going to be another fun year with the 5K, 10K, Kids Fun run and don't forget about the great food that comes with it!  You can sign up for just the dinner and celebration early too, so sign up todya!

Our first annual Give Thanks Fundraiser has come to an end and it was a HUGE success.  Fr. Trevor's band - Third Story was amazing, they played all kinds of music that appealed to everyone in the audience - every generation had something they could enjoy.   Thank you so so much to all of those who volunteered their time, without each and every one of you, the night would not have gone as well as it did.  We have a wonderful set of parents and students that did everything they could to make the night go well and it was flawless.  From selling tickets, setting up, bartending, cooking and/or serving food, to the cleanup crew the next day - thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!  We also would like to thank Lasata Winery and Fox Creek Wines for the wine sampling, it was nice to have you at our event.  The wine was great and we hope to have you back again next year!

We had such a great time, we are hoping to plan another event next year.  So mark you calendars for Friday, November 28, 2013 - this is an event that you do NOT want to miss!
